For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
We don’t accept cancellation at the conditions as below:
- After the item posted out
- Custom-made orders
For items that damaged during the delivery, please send me photo to show the condition, if we reached a exchange agreement, please post back the items within 7days of delivery, buyer are responsible for the return shipping cost, seller will pay for the postage of new delivery.
Items will be posted out by letter from post office. The normal post time within France will be around 3-7 workings, and from France to other Country will be around 10-20 working days (not included exceptional situation by la poste). Seller will not responsible of lost mail by post office. If you request for register mail or express post, Please contact the seller when ordering, to pay extra cost of postage according to the requirement.
